Brunch Basket The Brunch
Basket, published in 1984, is now in its fifth printing. To
date, over 23,000 copies have been sold and sales are still
going strong. Featured on the Today Show and in Good Housekeeping,
the Brunch Basket includes over 600 double-tested recipes
for brunch, lunch, dinner, or any special dining experience.
Brunch Basket is a hardbound book with a hidden spiral binding,
permitting it to lie flat, with a full color washable cover.
Twelve section dividers, designed by nationally acclaimed
artist Tom Heflin, highlight the book's basket theme. A special
section shows clever uses of baskets for centerpieces, as
well as unusual recipes for edible baskets.

Generations
The
perfect complement to Brunch Basket is our new cookbook, Generations,
which was published in 1994. Captured within this book are
the aromas and tastes from generations of area cooks, including
some from the area's best restaurants and chefs. A beautifully
photographed and tastefully designed volume, Generations features
200 double-tested recipes from easy to elegant. Special features
include professionally suggested wines to complement many
entrees and a chapter entitled "That Extra Touch"
on sauces, marinades, and the like that will help you create
new traditions. Generations, A Tradition of Timeless Recipes,
is the complete cookbook for every occasion. Withstanding
the test of time, these recipes will become the favorites
of a new generation.
