Public Viewing Hours:              

Tuesdays – Wednesdays                  10am – 2pm

Thursdays – Fridays                           10am – 8pm*

Saturdays – Sundays                         10am – 5pm

Monday                                                 Closed

* On Thursday, May 8, the Designer Showcase Home will close at 5pm

Tour Ticket Cost:

$20 in advance

$25 at the door

$15 for groups of 10 or more

Advance tickets for the Designer Showcase Home Tour may be purchased by:

• Sending payment and Order Form with a self-addressed stamped envelope to JLR, 4118 Pinecrest Road, Rockford, IL 61107.  Deadline for mail orders is April 25, 2008.   Please download your Ticket Order Form in PDF format.

Tour Tickets will also be available at the door during the tour viewing hours.

Group Tickets may be purchased in advance, with a minimum of 10 tickets (purchased together), and the entire group needs to tour the home at the same time.  Please schedule your tour date and estimated time in advance, as well as let us know if your group would like to purchase lunch!

Raffle Tickets:

Cost: $5 each
Prize: $1,000 Cash

Receive a complimentary Junior League of Rockford cookbook, Brunch Basket or Generations with each Raffle Ticket purchase, while supplies last.

Only 2,000 tickets have been printed. Drawing to be held on May 18. Need not be present to win.

Raffle tickets are available for purchase from the Junior League of Rockford members, by calling 815-399-4518, and during the tour viewing hours at the Designer Showcase Home.

Under One Roof Café - Sponsored by the Swedish American Center for Women

Stop by the hospitality area for refreshments offered daily.  Lunches available for purchase Tuesday – Sunday from 11am – 2pm.

The 2008 Under One Roof Designer Showcase Home is located in the heart of Churchill’s Grove at 1806 National Avenue, Rockford.  Flanked by towering oak trees, this imposing traditional residence is set back on a double lot at the intersection of National Avenue and Hancock Street.

Parking is available on the streets surrounding the house.

We apologize that the Showcase property is not suitable as a handicap accessible or child friendly venue. No children under 10 (including infants), no cameras or backpacks allowed on Showcase property.
