The 2008 Under One Roof Designer Showcase Home located in the heart of Churchill’s Grove at 1806 National Avenue, Rockford, is available for corporate events outside of the scheduled tour viewing hours.  What a great way to impress your clients or partners.

We have a special opportunity for your organization’s Corporate Event.  When businesses, corporations, and organizations use the Designer Showcase Home as an elegant location for their parties, fundraisers or meetings, they help to support the Junior League of Rockford and its community projects.  We provide you with the home, a spectacular venue for your event, as well as Junior League of Rockford staffing for a private tour of the home. 

Your party/meeting will be held on the grounds of the Designer Showcase Home in a tent provided by the Junior League of Rockford during times when the home is not open to the general public.  You may use your choice of caterers, or you may choose to provide food and beverages on your own.  All catering, food and beverages will be at your expense.  A list of local caterers can be provided upon request.  The Junior League of Rockford requires proof of proper insurances and licenses required for the events.

Rates:

Up to 50 guests   $500.00

50 guests +          $500.00 plus $10.00 per person additional
